Etobicoke Centre
Riding Overview
Previously held by the Liberals, decreasing support led to a two-way race in this riding in 2011. At that time, the Conservative candidate, Ted Opitz, defeated the Liberal incumbent, Borys Wrzesnewskyj, by just 26 votes. The boundaries of the riding have been redrawn slightly for 2015, but the Liberals still appear to be the strongest contender against the Conservatives. Both Opitz and Wrzesnewskyj are running again in October.
