Riding Overview
This southwestern Ontario riding has seen a steady increase in Conservative support since they took the seat from the Liberals in 2004. In 2011, the incumbent, Conservative MP Joe Preston, received 58% of the vote. The NDP overtook the Liberals for second place in the 2011 race. Preston will not be running again in October. Karen Vecchio, who works for Preston, is running instead.
