Beauport—Limoilou
Riding Overview
Since 2004, the riding of Beauport—Limoilou has gone through numerous parties, having been held by the Bloc Québécois, the Conservatives, and now the NDP. Although the Conservatives performed well in 2006 and 2008, the NDP saw a huge surge of support in the 2011 election, with NDP MP Raymond Côté defeating the Conservative incumbent by almost 10,000 votes. The boundaries of Beauport—Limoilou have been redrawn for 2015. Côté is running for re-election in October.
