Riding Overview
A new riding made up of a large section of the former riding of Fort McMurray—Athabasca, which has traditionally been a safe Conservative seat. The Conservative candidate, MP David Yurdiga, has held the riding of Fort McMurray—Athabasca since the 2014 by-election, although the Liberal candidate mounted an extremely strong challenge.
