Riding Overview
Since its creation in 1968, Windsor West has been held by the NDP or the Liberals. The Conservatives did not present a serious threat in the area until 2011, when they received 32% of the vote, which was still a distant second to the NDP's 54%. The incumbent, NDP MP Brian Masse, is seeking re-election in October.
