Toronto—Danforth
Riding Overview
Traditionally a safe non-Conservative riding, Toronto—Danforth is Jack Layton's old riding (and once upon a time Bob Rae's). In a 2012 by-election, the NDP easily held onto the seat with 59% of the vote. The incumbent, NDP MP Craig Scott, is running for re-election in October.
