Riding Overview
A traditionally safe non-Conservative riding in the west of Quebec. The NDP won the seat in 2011 with over 60% of the vote. The Bloc Québécois held it for the two prior elections. The incumbent, NDP MP Francoise Boivin, is running for re-election in October.
