Riding Overview

A new riding east of Montreal, made up of parts of the Longueuil—Pierre-Boucher and Verchères—Les Patriotes ridings, which are both traditionally non-Conservative, and both went NDP in 2011 after having been Bloc Québécois. In recent elections in both ridings, the Conservatives have rarely finished above third.
